Faint White Lines Across Prints

These are caused by clogged print heads.  A print head cleaning will need to be run to resolve this issue.

    • Canon Pro 1

      • First you will need to run a nozzle check to see which color has the clogged nozzle. Go to System Preferences –> Printers –> Canon Pro1 –> Options and Supplies –> Test Print.  You will need a blank piece of plain paper in the rear (top) feeder.
      • You’ll see spaces or gaps in the print pattern if there is a clogged nozzle.
      • If there is a clogged nozzle go to: System Preferences –> Printers –> Canon Pro1 –> Options and Supplies –> Open Printer Utility
      • Select “Cleaning”
      • Select the color pairs where the nozzle check indicated clogged print heads.  Allow about 5min for cleaning.
      • Print the nozzle check pattern again to confirm if the issue is resolved.
