Zela Grace Goettler

My name’s Zela Grace Goettler, I’m 21 years old and I’m a photo student here at Santa Barbara City College. I’m from Santa Barbara and started taking classes in 2015 as a freshman in high school. Photography was my first class here and this semester I will be getting my Associates Degree in photography from SBCC, and hope to pursue it professionally. 

 

This photo was created for a Fine Art assignment that represents Cubism. I chose to photograph the different instruments at my house and piece them together to create a geometric collage. This piece was really fun to create, but also a challenge to compose. 

 

My photography journey started at a young age, and has now become my passion. Mostly focusing on portraiture, but enjoy shooting Photojournalism work as well, along with Fine Art.
